This is quite simple:

That's very simple:

First open the window actions. (Menu - Window - Actions)
First open the window actions (menu - Window - Actions)

Click here to download the menu and choose actions.
Here click on the menue and choose load action:

Now you need only select the Action and can they can be played.
Now you only have to mark the action and let it play:

If you no longer need the action you can delete it again, it is deleted only from Photoshop, not from the disk.
If you do not need your action, you can delete it, the action will be only delete from photoshop, not from your pc.
